Spin Class

Fitness Club is hosting Spin Classes thanks to Maryanne Neal.

  • Participants of all fitness levels are welcome and should bring:
    • comfortable shorts/shirts/shoes (bikes are compatible with cycling shorts and shoes)
    • towel
    • water bottle

Classes are designed to maintain or improve cardiovascular fitness and muscle endurance in a fun, fast-paced group setting. This class is open to faculty/staff and students.

Duration: January 6-March 5, 2025

  • Cancelled: January 20th: Act 80 Day-  Fitness center is open 2-5pm

Days: Monday's and Wednesday's

Time: 4 - 4:45pm
