Spin Class
Fitness Club is hosting Spin Classes thanks to Maryanne Neal.
- Participants of all fitness levels are welcome and should bring:
- comfortable shorts/shirts/shoes (bikes are compatible with cycling shorts and shoes)
- towel
- water bottle
Classes are designed to maintain or improve cardiovascular fitness and muscle endurance in a fun, fast-paced group setting. This class is open to faculty/staff and students.

Duration: September 29-November 19, 2025
- No class: Wednesday, Oct 15 due to PSAT schedule.
Days: Monday's and Wednesday's
Time: 4 - 4:45pm
