Athletic Teams

Athletes and teams are welcome to participate at the Fitness Center. 

All training sessions must be scheduled in advance.  All student athletes must be certified and have a current school year permission/participation form on file in the fitness center.  (The form is found under the permission link located on the left side of the screen.)

Some athletic teams have organized in- or out-of-season training programs that are scheduled on specific days in the Southside Fitness Center.

Athletes who are on athletic teams that do not have organized team programs can participate by joining the Fitness Club.  See Mrs. Swauger for more details.
