To practice/play rugby with our club, please complete the following.

Rugby Club Interest Form

Family ID Student-Athlete Sports Registration

Beginning with the Spring 2026 season, our club will be using Family ID to complete registration.

You will be required to submit a completed physical during Family ID registration.

RugbyPA/USA Rugby Registration

All teams, coaches, and players are required to be members of RugbyPA and USA Rugby.

SCASD Fitness Center Permission Form

 All State High Fitness Center club members and athletes must be certified and have a current year.  All students are offered certification during PE class each year. There are also certification classes offered occasionally after school for a fee. The Parent Permission form must be returned directly to fitness center.

25-26 Fitness Center Permission Form

Parent/Adult Volunteer Clearances, If Applicable

All parent volunteers who will be transporting and/or chaperoning athletes during games and tournaments will need to complete and submit clearances directly to SCASD.
