1. Vehicles for the Court:
   Being elected to the homecoming court is a special honor, and many families enjoy the opportunity to drive their own student in the parade. While in the past the school arranged vehicles, over time the tradition has shifted to allow families to provide their own so they can be more involved. If a student is unable to secure a vehicle, we will gladly arrange one and provide a teacher driver.

2. Vehicle Recommendations and Guidelines:
   Trucks, Jeeps, or convertibles work best, as they allow students to stand and be visible to the crowd while also passing out candy. Vehicles may include signage or advertisements, and the owner of the vehicle is welcome to drive. If needed, we can provide a vehicle and driver. Please note that there is no waiver form required; liability remains with the driver of the vehicle.  If that concerns you, let me know asap and I will secure a vehicle.

3. Court Signage:
   Each court member is responsible for displaying their name on both sides of the vehicle, typically using a poster. If you need supplies, please stop by my room (E119), and I will be happy to help.

4. Parking and Parade Day Information:
   Court members will receive an email a few days before the parade with parking details and other reminders. After the parade, students may leave unless they are part of the court. Court members are required to attend the pep rally, where they will be introduced to the crowd.
