SkillsUSA
SkillsUSA is a nationally recognized, co-curricular organization of students enrolled in any of the Career and Technical (CTC) Programs and is open to all students at State College High School interested in achieving knowledge and skill in his/her career goals. SkillsUSA provides opportunities to learn professional development, leadership and other citizenship skills while having fun through social activities, fundraisers, field trips, skill competitions and community service projects. Memberships in SkillsUSA enable eligible students to attend state and national leadership workshops and conferences. Members of SkillsUSA who are enrolled in an approved CTC program are eligible to compete in district, state and national skill competitions and may hold a state or national office. SkillsUSA is a partnership of students, teachers and industry working together to ensure America has a skilled work force. We can help each student excel. SkillsUSA is situated in the Career and Technical Center.
