Chess Club

Chess Club is an activity open to all State High Students. We meet weekly to play competitive chess in an open and friendly environment. We also take time to analyze

games together and use our own games as a learning tool to play chess at a higher level. We also have a tradition of enjoying many snacks during our meetings, and we really focus on having fun. We also enjoy playing games live on chess.com and staying in touch with what is happening in the professional chess world on a weekly basis.

Chess Club meets on Monday's from 3:40 to 5:15 p.m. Our meeting room is G148 in the music wing, behind the large auditorium.
