Best Buddies is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to establishing a global volunteer movement that creates opportunities for one-to-one friendships, integrated employment, and leadership development for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).

 

Best Buddies is an international organization that works to promote friendship and acceptance between people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and those without.  Best Buddies at State High is an active and vibrant club that helps to promote acceptance of all individuals within our school.  The club has social events (often on a monthly basis), attends State High sporting events together, does volunteer work, and encourages buddies to get together individually to spend time together.
