Computer Science
Computer Science develops students’ computational and critical thinking skills and shows them how to create, not simply use, new technologies. This fundamental knowledge is necessary to prepare students for the 21st century, regardless of their desired field of study or future occupation. Course work focuses on logic thinking and problem solving skills along with coding implementations of student solutions. Students who participate in computer programming can earn college credit, industry certifications as well as prepare students for post-secondary education in a variety of diverse subject matters.
